Create New Vault Example (C#)

This example shows how to:

NOTE: If using the primary interop assembly provided with SOLIDWORKS PDM Professional, see Using .NET Framework 4.0 in Stand-alone Applications.

//    a. Click File > New > Project > Visual C# > Windows Forms Application.
